Cautions for mounting(설치 주의 사항)

1. Used fluid confirmation (사용유체의 확인)

Please use the appropriate fluid by referring to the Hydraulic Fluid List.
(필히 유압 작동유 리스트를 참고하여 작동유를 선정하십시오.)

2. Treatment before the assembly (조립전의 취급)

(1)The pipeline, piping connector and fixture circuits should becleaned by thorough flushing.
(배관, 관 이음쇠, 지그의 구멍은 세척을 하여 청결하게 사용 하십시오.)

(2)The dust and cutting powder in the circuit may lead to fluidleakage land malfunctioning.
(회로중의 먼지나 절삭유는 동작 중 누유의 원인이 된다.)

(3)This product is not equipped with protective function to preventdust and impurity going into
the hydraulic system and pipeline.
(본 제품에는 유압회로에서의 먼지나 불순물의 침투를 방지하는 기능은 없습니다.)

3. Applying seal tape (Seal 테이퍼 적용)

(1)Wind it around the thread end by 1-2 turns.
(나사의 끝단 1~2 산을 남기고 감아 주십시오.)

(2)The breaking side of the seal tape may be the reason for fluidleakage and malfunctioning.
(Seal 테이퍼가 절단된 끝 부위는 기름 누유나 동작 불량의 원인이 된다.)

(3)In order to prevent foreign substance going into the productduring the piping work,
it should be carefully cleaned before the work is started.
(배관 작업은 기기 내에 이물질이 들어오지 않게 청정한 작업 상태에서 행하여 주십시오.)

4. Mounting the body (본체의 취부)

(2) As for the bolt used, it is recommended to use those with hexagonalholes (strength division 12.9).
(사용 볼트는 6각 구멍붙이 볼트 강도구분 12.9 를 추천한다.)

(3) For the threading type, make sure that there is no damage to theO-ring used for the bottom seal and tighten it with the torque shown in the table below.
(나사 체결형은 하면의 Seal 용 O-Ring 의 상처나 결손에 주의하고 아래표의 토크로 체결하십시오)

(4) Apply an appropriate amount of grease to the O-ring.
(O-Ring 에는 Grease 를 적당량 도포해주십시오)

(5)If it is mounted under dry state, the O-ring may have twisting or defect.
(건조 상태에서 취부하면 O-Ring 에 비틀림이나결손이 발생한다.)

(6) If it is tightened with higher torque, it may lead to malfunctioning.
(규정 이상의 토크로 체결하면 동작불량의 원인이된다.)

Replacement of attachment (Attachment 설치)

(1) Do not lose the plunger spring when the attachment (contact bolt) is removed.
(Contact bolt 를 분해할 경우Plunger spring이 손실되지 않도록 하십시오)

(2) When the attachment is removed, stop the plunger with a spanner
at its front end and tighten it with torque as shown in the table below.
(Plunger 의 선단 이면폭에 스패너를 끼워 회전방비를 하고 아래표의 토크로 체결해 주십시오)

6. Air venting in the hydraulic circuit. (유압회로의 에어 빼기)

(1) If the hydraulic circuit has excessive air, the action time may become abnormally long.
After the pipeline connection, or when air is blown inside when the pump oil tank becomes empty,
air venting must carried out according to the following procedures.
(유압 회로에 다량의 에어가 혼입된 상태에서 사용하면 동작시간이 이상하게 길어집니다.
배관 후 또는 펌프의 기름이 비어 있는 상태에서 에어를 보낸 경우에는 필히 아래 수순으로
에어 빼기를 실시해 주십시오)

① The supply pressure within the hydraulic circuit should be below2 MPa.
(유압회로의 압력을 2 MPa 이하로 해주십시오)

② Loosen the cap nut of the piping connector which is closest to theworkpiece support by one turn.
(Workpiece support 의 가장 가까운 배관 이음쇠의 너트를 1 회전 풀어 주십시오)

③ Shake the piping left and right, and loosen the meshing part of thepiping connector.
The hydraulic fluid mixed with air comes out.
(배관을 좌우로 흔들거나, 배관 이음쇠의 조임부를 풀어 주십시오.
에어가 혼입된 작동유가 나옵니다.)

④ Tighten the cap nut when the mixed air is eliminated.
(에어 혼입 거품이 없어지면 너트를 체결하십시오.)

⑤ It is more effective to carry out air venting at the highest point of the hydraulic circuit or
close to the cylinder at the terminal end.
(When the gasket type is used, mount the air venting valve at theplace near the highest part of
the hydraulic circuit.)
(또한, 유압회로의 최상부 또는 끝단의 실린더 부근에서 에어 빼기를 하면 보다 효과적이다.)
(Gasket 형을 사용하는 경우에는 유압회로의 최상부 부근에 에어 빼기 밸브를 설치해 주십시오.)
